About Bonnie & Brie
I’m Bonnie — founder of Bonnie & Brie, a Brisbane-based catering business specialising in luxury grazing carts, boxes and styled event experiences.
I’ve always believed that good food brings people together, and I’ve seen how a beautifully styled spread can completely transform a space. Every cart, box and board is thoughtfully curated using quality ingredients and finished with the small details that make your event feel elevated and memorable.

I take care of everything from setup to styling, so you don’t have to think about a thing. Whether it’s a corporate event, celebration or special occasion, everything is designed to be seamless, beautiful and completely stress free.
From arrival to pack down, I ensure your guests are looked after and your space is transformed into something special.
I also cater to a range of dietary requirements and preferences, including options with no pork, so you can feel confident that all guests are considered.
Based in Brisbane, I service events across South East Queensland including corporate offices, private celebrations, wellness events and more.

Add notes for dietary needs and choose your preferred drop-off time — subject to availability.

How did Bonnie & Brie come about?
“Bonnie & Brie began as a ten-year dream. During my chef’s apprenticeship I spent countless hours on functions and fell in love with grazing-style events—bringing people together around beautiful, abundant food. After losing my dad recently, I realised life’s too short not to do what you love, so I took the leap and turned that long-time dream into Bonnie & Brie here in Brisbane. As a chef by trade, I am able to customise every order—size, vibe, and dietary needs—to make hosting effortless and memorable.”
